FOR-SITE in partnership with Haines Gallery presents Mike Henderson: Talking Blues Films. This year’s FOG FOCUS will feature a gray box presentation of films by the celebrated Bay Area artist, musician, and filmmaker Mike Henderson. Made from the mid-1960s to the 1980s, these experimental and performance-driven films are politically charged and often wickedly funny, ranging from improvisational compositions to powerful explorations of African American identity and experience.
